Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech convergence
- Facilitate executive futures-thinking workshops with Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Author white papers and thought leadership frameworks published in top-tier journals
- Oversee cross-functional R&D sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or AI governance
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to visualize complex interdependencies
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
