Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps anticipating 2026 market disruptions
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions based on emerging capabilities
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of future-ready technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects delivered to Fortune 500 clients
