Responsibilities

- Analyze societal shifts, geopolitical factors, and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
