Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops for executive stakeholders, translating future insights into strategic roadmaps and investment priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable materials) for 2026 market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future disruptions and competitive advantage
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry consortia
- Design and implement a corporate foresight program integrating futures thinking across product development and marketing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, biotech, climate tech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-stakes transformation initiatives
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at global forums (e.g., Davos, TED, WEF)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field preferred
