- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing integration and autonomous systems deployment
- Produce trend briefings for executive leadership on climate resilience and digital transformation
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline management and commercialization readiness

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
