- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author executive briefs and white papers published in top-tier industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 challenges
- Build proprietary trend-sensing algorithms using predictive analytics and NLP
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: biotech convergence, quantum applications, or sustainable infrastructure
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
