Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Present future impact assessments to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and conference presentations
- Advise product development teams on emerging market requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in technology trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology evolution
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
