Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum/AI convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders
- Build global network of futurist thought leaders
- Author whitepapers on sustainable tech evolution
- Mentor cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
