- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Publish thought leadership on disruptive technology trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams
