- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce trend analysis reports and white papers for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation with future market needs
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and synthesis capabilities with visualization skills
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
