Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Foresight Framework with validated trend projections across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for 15+ executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and emerging tech accelerators
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal impact
- Oversee $5M innovation incubator funding for 2026-focused ventures
- Mentor junior futurists and build next-gen foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Published industry foresight publications with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in regulatory foresight for tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Systems Dynamics or Strategic Foresight preferred
