Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal paradigms impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact domains including AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Translate complex future insights into executable business strategies aligned with organizational vision
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish and maintain an innovation ecosystem of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional implementation of future-focused initiatives across product development and operational planning
- Monitor global signals and disruptors, updating strategic roadmaps quarterly to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Business Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in future studies
