Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 markets
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement future-proof initiatives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry presentations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders

- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
