As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with global stakeholders to identify disruptive trends, quantify market opportunities, and develop resilient long-term plans. This role demands both analytical rigor and creative vision to navigate the complexities of rapidly evolving landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and quantify emerging market opportunities across North America and global expansion corridors
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic direction
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans in technology-driven industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and trend impact analysis
