Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for C-suite executives
- Drive innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology integration and adoption success metrics
- Represent the company at premier futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or technology publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
