Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce scenario analysis reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Curate Horizon Labs' annual Future State Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
