Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level strategic briefings for C-suite stakeholders on future disruption vectors
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies with global policy implications
- Curate annual 'FutureState' symposium featuring 200+ innovation leaders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, nanotech, space tech)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, causal layered analysis, or horizon scanning
- Experience with policy advisory boards or UN technology committees
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Strathclyde)
