Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into executive-ready insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Track record of influencing executive decisions through future-oriented frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
