Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the architectural roadmap for systems capable of supporting the data demands of 2026 and beyond, integrating AI, edge computing, and neural networks.
- Pioneer Advanced Tech: Spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies including predictive AI models and decentralized ledger structures.
- System Scalability: Design and deploy robust microservices architectures that ensure 99.99% uptime and seamless global scalability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product leads, data scientists, and security experts to bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting high-level technical workshops.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary future-tech infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-scale systems.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing on AWS or Azure, specifically with Kubernetes and Serverless architectures.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated interest or experience in Quantum Computing concepts and Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
