Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the development of our proprietary 2026 technology roadmap. At FutureCore Dynamics, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of human-machine interaction. You will be at the forefront of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with spatial computing and autonomous agents.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models optimized for high-throughput inference and low-latency response times.
- Lead the design of multi-modal AI systems integrating text, vision, and audio processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic roadmaps into tangible, production-ready code.
- Optimize neural network architectures for edge deployment and resource-constrained environments.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, safety, and bias mitigation in generative outputs.
- Conduct research and POCs for emerging technologies, including agentic workflows and next-gen LLMs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
