Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Architecture: Build scalable inference pipelines to handle high-throughput requests with sub-100ms latency.
- RAG Implementation: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimization: Perform rigorous model quantization and pruning to deploy AI solutions on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Tools: Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
