Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable generative AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Design) to translate complex requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate new architectures, algorithms, and fine-tuning techniques to enhance model performance.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on NLP or Generative AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with transformer architectures, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
