Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Architect scalable inference pipelines and MLOps systems to deploy models into production environments with high availability and low latency.
- Research and implement novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Evaluate model performance, interpretability, and bias to ensure ethical and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative model training.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
