Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative architectures for production environments.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets and fine-tune models.
- Deploy and monitor models using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Ensure AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation in all deployed systems.
- Conduct research into novel architectures and algorithmic improvements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Hugging Face Transformers and model fine-tuning.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud deployment services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
