Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for stadium operations and fan zone logistics.

- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for large-scale public gatherings.
- Ensure strict compliance with FIFA regulatory standards and local California laws.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and allocate resources efficiently across multiple venues.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to align on timeline milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or event operations, preferably in large-scale international events.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and waterfall project management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
