Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end logistical planning for 2026 World Cup matchday operations, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and crowd flow management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate real-time data analytics and smart venue technologies into the matchday experience.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including security firms, catering providers, and transportation logistics.
- Develop and execute emergency response and safety protocols in alignment with FIFA and local government standards.
- Lead cross-functional training sessions for staff and volunteers, ensuring adherence to the highest service standards.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for efficiency improvement during large-scale events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Logistics, Sports Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale event operations, sports venue management, or international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of FIFA World Cup regulations, venue protocols, and international standards.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this Miami-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
