Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum machine learning models for real-time data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers to push the boundaries of current technology.
- Conduct in-depth research into quantum error correction and noise mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize algorithms to achieve sub-nanosecond latency in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops on quantum programming.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, tensor calculus, and linear algebra.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
