Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to spearhead the development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond. You will lead a team of elite engineers in designing scalable quantum neural networks and optimizing algorithms for emerging hardware architectures.
In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing with deep learning, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum machine learning models using hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Optimize existing neural networks for deployment on near-term quantum processors (NISQ devices).
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application.
- Conduct research into novel quantum error correction techniques and their impact on AI reliability.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers in quantum software engineering best practices.
- Define technical standards and documentation protocols for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong background in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and optimization libraries.
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Google Cloud Quantum).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
