Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures that integrate seamlessly with classical hybrid systems.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems, focusing on speed and error correction.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with hardware teams to define interface specifications and software control layers for quantum processors.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum solutions into existing enterprise AI frameworks, ensuring low-latency data processing.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Predictive Modeling: Conduct feasibility studies for post-quantum cryptography and next-gen data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Programming: Strong command of Python and C++ for high-performance quantum simulation environments.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-performance computing (HPC) or quantum computing research.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems in abstract mathematical spaces.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex quantum concepts for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
