Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for practical commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines for optimization problems
- Lead technical workshops with enterprise clients to map quantum solutions to business challenges
- Architect scalable quantum cloud infrastructure on AWS Braket and IBM Quantum
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit coherence
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information or IEEE journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly language
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and error mitigation
- Publication record in quantum computing or top-tier algorithms
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm, Grover's search, and quantum supremacy
- Certification in cloud quantum platforms (AWS/IBM/Google)
