Responsibilities

- Algorithm Development: Lead the development of real-time perception and decision-making algorithms using state-of-the-art AI models.
- System Integration: Integrate complex hardware components with cloud-based data pipelines to ensure seamless operation.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the squad.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee rigorous testing protocols to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency in real-world environments.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for system specifications and deployment guides.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or embedded systems development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- AI/ML: Strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under constraints.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
