Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop data-driven content strategies that align perfectly with user intent and search queries.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on ROI and campaign success.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Link Building: Lead and execute high-quality link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
