Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Keyword Research: Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements for maximum search visibility and user engagement.
- Link Building: Spearhead white-hat link building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports.
- Technical Implementation: Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the web stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Google algorithms, HTML/CSS, and site architecture.
- Tools: Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Analytics: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
