Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 SEO Roadmap, focusing on AI-driven content strategies and semantic search optimization.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives to ensure site architecture is scalable for future algorithm updates, including AI Overviews.
- Analyze emerging search trends (Voice, Visual, and Predictive) to adapt our content strategy proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into product development and UX design.
- Utilize predictive data modeling to forecast keyword opportunities and traffic growth.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of current infrastructure and propose white-hat solutions for maximum velocity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals, Page Experience signals, and the 2025/2026 search ecosystem.
- Experience with AI writing tools, LLMs (Large Language Models), and SEO automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast future trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical SEO concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team of content creators and SEO specialists.
