- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering excellence.

- Agile Delivery: Work within Scrum/Kanban frameworks to deliver high-quality features on tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Cloud: Proven experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AI/ML: Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and machine learning concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
