Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of our 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Oversee the transition from proof-of-concept to production-grade MLOps pipelines.
- Establish architectural patterns for ethical AI and bias mitigation.
- Conduct technical due diligence for strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience defining long-term technical strategies for enterprise clients.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
