Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Design robust, scalable, and high-availability systems using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and developers on best practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to enhance delivery velocity.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for complex system integrations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Rust.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
