Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design of Project 2026's core infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps, making critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and third-party integrations.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the system architecture and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing pipelines (Spark, Hadoop).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
