Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum resilience, and climate-positive computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Advise C-suite on disruptive technology adoption and regulatory compliance
- Establish industry partnerships for 2026 tech standards and open-source initiatives
- Author white papers on decentralized systems and post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI governance or quantum systems
- Expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or quantum ML
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to global adoption
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
