Responsibilities
- Architect Decentralized AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) that interface with large AI models to automate complex workflows.
- Gas Optimization: Develop high-efficiency algorithms and Layer 2 solutions to minimize transaction costs and maximize throughput for AI-driven dApps.
- Security Auditing: Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits to ensure the integrity and safety of all deployed protocols.
- Model Integration: Integrate off-chain AI services with on-chain data sources to create seamless, real-time intelligent applications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with frontend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences for complex Web3 interfaces.
- Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, identifying emerging trends in AI and blockchain interoperability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in Web3, Blockchain, or Smart Contract development.
- Programming: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or Vyper. Strong knowledge of Python for AI model integration.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience deploying and managing LLMs (Large Language Models) and integrating them into blockchain environments.
- Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, OpenZeppelin, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, and excellent communication abilities.
