Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling using heavy equipment and hand tools
- Construct and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople including carpenters, masons, and electricians
- Perform quality checks on completed work to meet building codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
