Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems including water lines, drainage, and fixtures
- Install and maintain commercial/industrial plumbing infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Lead apprentice plumbers and coordinate project timelines
- Utilize digital diagnostic tools for precise troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for advanced system failures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and clean driving record mandatory
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
