Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely (forklifts, jackhammers)
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson Valley
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
