Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Construct/repair structures using concrete, steel, and composite materials
- Install/finish MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) per blueprints
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople on complex builds
- Perform quality control inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Class C California contractor license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
