Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundational work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install structural frameworks, concrete forms, and rebar
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with tradespeople and project managers
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification required
- Class B CDL preferred (equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Florida building codes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
