Responsibilities
- Execute skilled trade tasks including concrete pouring, framing, masonry, and finish carpentry
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trade professionals
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
