Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals on complex builds
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and regional safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform concrete finishing, scaffolding assembly, and demolition work
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites across King County
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
