Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks with precision and safety
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts)
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians on complex construction phases
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain job site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate implementation
- Install temporary structures and support systems
- Perform quality checks and report project discrepancies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or industrial labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic machinery
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
