Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with OSHA certification
- Install and finish drywall, insulation, and commercial roofing systems
- Perform advanced framing, scaffolding setup, and structural reinforcement
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-profile commercial developments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Proficient in operating Bobcat, skid steer, and aerial lifts
- Expertise in concrete finishing, masonry, and steel reinforcement
- Ability to read architectural drawings and material specifications
- Physical stamina to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class A or B Commercial Driver's License preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification mandatory
