Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and concrete work
- Install framing, drywall, and finish materials with craftsmanship
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and saws
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Maintain tool calibration and equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Class B CDL with clean driving record preferred
- Proficiency in power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Team-oriented communication and problem-solving abilities
